On top at work

– the meeting place for working life from 24 to 25 October 2012 at Stockholmsmässan

 

On top at work is a meeting place that provides inspiration for a better working life and that encourages participation in workplace environment issues, so that all people can feel on top in their place of work.

 

It is where the labour market organizations come together and engage in a fruitful dialogue. Current and future working environments are featured using expositions and seminars based on up-to-date research, good practice and development efforts.

 

On top at work embraces everything from current working life issues, to trend reports regarding working life as it may look in the future. The meeting place for working life is also about creating attractive, healthy and profitable organisations – and thereby contributing to sustainable models for life at work.

 

AFA Insurance and Prevent host on top at work together with the labour market organizations within the private as well as the public sector. The purpose is to inspire and to create commitment to workplace environment issues.

IT-utvecklingens fram- och baksidor

Ett seminarium med experten på digital arbetsmiljö och IT, Jonas Söderström.

IT skulle kunna bidra till ett friare arbetsliv, till att decentralisera, öka flexibilitet och platta ut hierarkier. Men tyvärr ser vi allt mer av hur IT i arbetslivet i stället fjättrar människor, hur mastodontsystem tynger ner företagen, hur kraven på dokumentation och administration växer okontrollerat.
